Founded in 1745, our Lodge has served Dundee for generations through fellowship, charitable work and personal development. Freemasonry encourages integrity, structure, self-improvement and service to others within a respectful and supportive environment.


The Enquiry Process

Submitting the form below is the first step.

After submission:

  1. A member of the Lodge will contact you confidentially
  2. You may be invited for an informal meeting
  3. The full membership process will be explained clearly before any commitment is made

There is no obligation at this stage — this is simply an opportunity to begin a conversation.

Membership Requirements

To be considered for membership, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be of good character
  • Have a belief in a Supreme Being
  • Be willing to commit time to regular meetings (September–May)
  • Be prepared to contribute modest membership fees and charitable giving

What Is Not Required

Freemasonry does not require:

  • A specific religion or denomination
  • Disclosure of personal political views
  • Any particular profession or background
  • Family connections within Freemasonry
  • A specific sexual orientation
