We keep this website deliberately simple. It does not ask you to create an account and the enquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application rather than storing your message on this website.
Who is responsible?

Information you choose to send
If you email, telephone or otherwise contact us, we may receive your name, contact details and the information in your enquiry. We use it to respond, handle membership or hall-hire discussions, manage events, and keep appropriate administrative records.
Enquiry forms
Forms on this site do not submit information to a website database. Selecting “Prepare email” opens a drafted message in your device's email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time and browser information. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this site.
How long information is kept
Correspondence and administrative records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations, safeguarding, financial records or ongoing Lodge administration.
Sharing
Information is shared only with Lodge members or service providers who need it for the relevant enquiry, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
External services
Links to Facebook, Instagram, Linktree, Google Maps and other websites open services with their own privacy policies. Those services may set cookies or collect data when you visit them.
