Ticket and payment enquiries
Email info@lodgeancient49.co.uk with the purchaser’s name and booking reference. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or photographs of payment cards.
Refund requests
Read the Refund Policy first, then email the Lodge with the booking reference, number of tickets affected and a brief explanation.

Questions or requests concerning personal information should be sent to the same email address with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
